WEDDING

The wedding and following celebrations will take place at Inchyra Byre a few miles outside of Perth, Scotland (~1 hour from Edinburgh).

 

Address: Inchyra Estate, Glencarse, Perth, PH2 7LU.  This is 10 km (6 miles) east of Perth in Glencarse village, just off the A90 Perth to Dundee road. The entrance is just opposite the Linden Garden Centre, but it is worth noting that satnavs may not bring you to the correct entrance! For directions see below.

 

How to get to Perth: Perth is an easy one-hour drive from either Edinburgh or Glasgow. Alternatively trains to/from Edinburgh run every two hours and the journey time is 1 hour and 25 minutes. This is a lovely scenic train journey, passing along the Fife coast and through some stunning scenery in North Fife and Perthshire. The direct train between Perth and Glasgow runs hourly from Queen Street and takes around an hour. There are also lots of coach services to/from Perth available. How to get to/from the venue: We recommend you stay close to the venue and/or in Perth. If you need a taxi between Perth and the venue (and back), we have arranged car service you can pre-book through us, or you can book you own: please see FAQ (under "Where is it / how do I get there?") for more details.

 

If you are driving yourself, there is ample parking onsite, and these are directions on how to get there from Perth: Take the A90 towards Dundee. About 4 miles from Perth, take the left hand turning signposted to Glencarse/St Madoes/Errol. DO NOT follow signs to Inchyra village. At the top of the slip road, go straight on, towards Glencarse. Inchyra House is the first set of gates on your left, opposite the Linden Garden Centre.
