Commonwealth Games: From 23 July to 3 August, Glasgow is hosting the 2014 Commonwealth Games – like a mini-Olympics for the 53 Commonwealth countries. It's may be too late to get hold of tickets, but if you can it will no doubt be an entertaining event!
